Why VibeKiln Exists
I spent years building and leading AI systems in trust-and-safety environments at companies like eBay, LivePerson, and Upwork. That work taught me that shipping working code is not the same thing as shipping production-ready systems.
AI coding agents make software creation dramatically faster, but they do not automatically bring engineering discipline with them. They will happily generate code that works in a demo while missing security, scalability, privacy, or operational constraints.
VibeKiln was created to close that gap. The company studies how to make vibecoding safer, explains those ideas publicly, and turns them into software. Cutline is the first major product built from that work.
What VibeKiln Offers Today
Articles, essays, and frameworks about safe vibecoding, AI engineering, technical debt prevention, and product validation.
VibeKiln Live Labs, where we build, debug, and evaluate AI-assisted software in public.
Cutline, our flagship software product, helps teams validate ideas, extract technical constraints, and guide coding agents with production-ready context.
Why the name VibeKiln?
A kiln applies controlled heat to transform raw material into something durable. VibeKiln applies engineering discipline to transform vibecoded prototypes into systems that can survive real users, real load, and real constraints.
That same idea shapes the company's research and products: AI can move quickly, but production quality still requires structure, skepticism, and constraint-aware engineering.
